What to Expect
When you choose Vivant Medical Services for your immigration exam, you can expect:

Complete Medical Examination: Includes a physical exam, review of your vaccine records, medical records and history. Blood tests, vaccines and chest X-rays may be ordered if needed. The process will be a minimum of 2 visits, plan to spend approximately 45-90 minutes during the first visit. This will depend on individual needs (medical history, need for a translator, etc.) .

Clear Instructions and Expectations: Detailed guidance on what to bring and how to prepare for your exam will be provided to you prior to your arrival.

Efficient Results: Efficient processing of your results and paperwork to meet your immigration timeline. This process usually takes 5 to 7 days, depending on what’s medically needed by each applicant. Please be sure to keep this timing in mind when scheduling the appointment. We recommend scheduling the appointment well in advance of the due date to ensure that documents are completed in a timely fashion.

What is the cost?
Prices can vary from $250-385 depending on the applicant’s age and needs at the time of the visit. If lab testing, vaccinations, or imaging is needed, this is not included in the flat fee and there will be an additional cost. We do not bill insurance, we accept credit card, cash, and Zelle payments. Contact our office for an individualized estimate.
What are the required vaccines?
The required vaccines depend on the applicant’s age. You must show documented proof of required vaccinations, according to the Immigration and Nationality Act. Dr. Badmus can provide you with the documentation you need to satisfy this requirement in order to complete your immigration package. There are also some lab tests that can be ordered if you are unsure of your vaccination status for certain conditions.

What happens after everything is completed?
Once your medical examination is complete, we will provide you with your I-693 paperwork to submit to the USCIS or your immigration lawyer if you are working with one. We will also provide you with a copy for your records.
